On average Borden trains approximately 15,000 military personnel annually and the Base employs over 3,000 military personnel and over 1,500 civilians. Borden is the largest Base dedicated to support occupation training in the Canadian Forces and every day, our military schools and units are committed to providing trained soldiers, sailors, airmen and airwomen to support the numerous operations that the Canadian Forces are involved with worldwide.
